吉士粉 40克
砂糖 110克
奶粉 35克
淡奶(花奶)/全脂牛奶 20毫升
椰汁 170毫升
雞蛋 60克
無鹽牛油(奶油) 80克
鹹蛋黃 3 -6 隻
煉奶 45克

(酥皮):
低筋麵粉 500克
無鹽牛油(奶油) 260克
淡奶(花奶)/全脂牛奶 50毫升
雞蛋 45克
砂糖 100克
